Our ground sausage is well spiced and flavorful. The spice profile we use makes this a sausage that can be used in any dish that requires ground meat or it can be made into patties that would be good with any meal.
These pork chops are a meal! At two inches thick with just the right amount of fat and marbling they should satisfy even someone with a big appetite. Each chop weighs in at approximately 16 ounces. When cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees these chops will be juicy and tasty!
Calling all bacon lovers!!! Have you ever wished you could make bacon from the entire hog? Well, you can! Arkansas bacon is made from the shoulder instead of the belly meat. Also called cottage or buckboard bacon, this stuff taste as good it not better than belly bacon. it is typically cut thick which makes for a hearty bite.
Our first litter of Berkshire/Mangalitsa crosses have arrived! Ten healthy piglets are enjoying time with momma. Fatback, our Mangalitsa boar is the proud daddy.

Our non GMO, hormone free, antibiotic free, mRNA free, pasture raised pork is the tastiest pork you will ever eat. We feed our hogs a custom mixed feed that produces a good balance of fat and muscle as well as rotating them on pasture and feeding fresh fruit and vegetables when in season.
